February 2020 – Launching Event

Τhe launching event took place at KAPH Kerateas, at the Municipality of Lavrion on the 1st of February of 2020.

The organization of the Launching Event was combined with the presentation of the Cleaning Regulations Guidelines that the Municipality had prepared and printed to distribute to all Municipality of Lavreotiki inhabitants.

The Launching Event had two Sessions, the first was the presentation of the Cleaning Regulations Guidelines and the second was the presentation of the Project LIFE CIRCforBIO.

During the first session the Municipality representatives put emphasis on the importance of recycling and the active participance of the Municipality’ s inhabitants in the direction of the overall environment improvement. During the second session, Dr. Dimitris Malamis from NTUA gave a presentation of the project focused on the importance of its implementation for all stakeholders, namely the Municipality, the Municipality’ s inhabitants and the Municipality’ s local biomass producers.

The Launching Event ended with Dimitris Malamis inviting the present inhabitants to declare their interest in participating in the project and with photos taken with all the Beneficiaries participants present.
